I am always looking for healthy snack options! My afternoon snack also needs to have a bit of sweetness so that I don't reach for crap food when those 3 p.m. cravings kick in. I completed a month-long Barre3 challenge over the weekend and along with the workouts, I received tons of healthy and tasty recipes, including this raw carrot-cake energy bites. They are delicious.
