Sunday, March 12: Dinner Date Night out
Monday, March 13: I am doing Beachbody's 3 Day Refresh, so I will be eating salads and having shakes for three nights. Stay tuned to a future post for my experience! I'm looking forward to resetting my eating habits...which are mostly a sugar issue! :) Tuesday, March 14: Salad Wednesday, March 15: Salad Thursday, March 16: Samantha requested cheese tortellini. Will pair with salad and broccoli Friday, March 17: If I am on my own for dinner, I'll have leftovers or a TJ's Veggie Burger and salad. If the kids will be home, pork roast in the crock pot. I am still determining a recipe, but this looks good Saturday, March 18: Salmon, sweet potato fries, veggie and salad. I have a great recipe that bakes it in the oven with butter, chicken broth and lemon pepper. I will share the recipe soon! The kids LOVE this recipe and the salmon!
